I really hope the disenfranchised Hillary supporters aren’t as simple-minded as McCain presumes they are -if picking a woman is a maneuver on his part to capture these votes. If I were one of this group of voters, I’d be seriously insulted: after my candidate, a seasoned politician, a worthy contender, lost the nomination and was passed over for VP, to be presented, by the McCain camp – perhaps waiting in silent expectation to capture my vote – with a who-be, who sort of fell into politics a couple years ago, probably selected just because she’s a woman and they think that’s all my vote is about.
